The last stream habitat workday for the 2018
September 10 @ 7:45 am - September 15 @ 12:00 pm
The last stream habitat workday for the 2018 season will be Saturday, September 15th, 7:45 a.m. to 12 noon, on the legendary Pine River, about 4 miles northeast of Wild Rose. We will continue assisting the DNR fisheries unit in a variety of stream and habitat restoration activities. You do not have to perform strenuous labor to participate in these enjoyable activities. All are welcome. A complimentary lunch will be served afterwards. A Porta-Potty will be on site.
Please send a quick reply to this email or call my cell if you plan to attend. The RSVP helps me plan for lunch. It also helps me contact you in case there’s a need to cancel due to extreme weather.
Directions to the September 15th workday from Wild Rose are:
Travel east on County A from Hwy. 22 for 1.9 miles to County K.
On County K travel north 1.4 miles to Aniwa Road.
On Aniwa Rd travel east about 0.8 miles to the parking area (south side of Aniwa Rd)
