July 2021 Habitat Day
July 17 @ 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
FVTU Habitat Improvement Day with CWTU
July 17th, 2021
The next joint habitat restoration workday for Central WI Trout Unlimited (CWTU) and Fox Valley Trout Unlimited (FVTU) will be this Saturday, July 17th from 7:45 a.m. to 12 noon. We will be at the same location as last month – the West Branch of the White River (WBWR), about 2 miles west of Wautoma off Hwy Y.
We will be assisting the DNR in a variety of stream and habitat restoration activities to include brushing and fishability access. Similar to last month, we will be breaking up into smaller groups and traveling to nearby areas along the WBWR. This will be a good opportunity to become familiar with new locations along this beautiful river. As always, you do not have to perform strenuous labor to participate in these enjoyable activities. All are welcome – there’s something for everyone. A complimentary lunch will be served afterwards. A porta-potty will be on site.
