Hello Kirk,
The classes listed were 2021 fly tying classes hosted by Central Wisconsin TU. We posted them on our website since they are a neighboring chapter and we have had some of our members participate. CWTU has a website (https://centralwisconsintu.org/). They normally offer these classes annually, but I have not seen any announcements this year. Their website has contact information if you want to reach out to them. I do not recall them offering a zoom options.
