On April 25th Fox Valley TU teamed up with Central Wisconsin TU and boys from Rawhide support the WDNR Plant 4,000 trees of varying species.
The tree plant is a program designed to contain the spread of invasive species. According to Shawn Sullivan (WDNR) in the future this procedure will be used after yearly clearing operations.
Jamie Rupple gave a very interesting talk regarding the trees being planted and the specific purpose of planting each type of tree and the location.
